Lloyd served his country early in life and worked civil service for many years. He was also a member of the Masons while in Massena, Iowa
He is preceded in death by his son William, his parents, William Eugene and Mary McMullen, 3 brothers, Francise, Leonard and William "Bill" McMullen, 1 sister, Veronica Miller and brother- in-law, Dale O'Riley, 3 sisters-in-law, Catherine, Charlotte, and Mary Ann.
He is survived by his wife Monika, 3 children Virginia, Heather, and Edward, 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 5 brothers Thomas, Myron, Steven, Frank, Robert, and 3 sisters Sally, Dee and Irene, many nephews and nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kempner Cemetery.
