Michael "Freiley" Freiley

Michael was born in Copperas Cove, Texas, where he spent most of his life before retiring from a long and successful career in the car business. After retirement, he moved to Bastrop to live with his daughter, Jessica.

Michael was truly one of a kind—an eccentric spirit with a magnetic personality. Whether you knew him for years or only just met him, he had a way of making you feel like an old friend. His kindness and generosity touched everyone he met, and his sense of humor and unique perspective on life left a lasting impression.

He is survived by his devoted daughter Jessica, his sister Dorothy and niece Shannon, and his brother Brian and sister in law Joy and nephews Bradley and Derek. His family and friends will remember him for his big heart, unforgettable stories, and the way he made life just a little more interesting wherever he went. He will be greatly missed and cherished by everyone that loved him.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 30th at 11:00 AM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove, Texas. All who knew and loved Michael are welcome to attend and celebrate his life.
