Patsy dedicated her career to civil service before retiring and spent the past 38 years making her home in the Kempner area. Her life was defined by her devotion to family and the joy she found in spending time with her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Smith, and her brother, Tommy Smith.
Patsy is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Melvin Wall of Kempner; her son Terrence Wall and his wife Heather; her daughter Tammy McCullough and her husband Robert; five cherished grandchildren: Stephanie McCullough, Emily Campisi, Taylor McCullough, Kyle Wall, and Jessie Wall; four great-grandchildren; her mother Lorine Smith; and her sister Dianne Jordan.
Patsy’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May her legacy bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.
