16th at Crawford- Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove. Burial will
follow with full military honors at Copperas Cove City Cemetery.
Mr. Dent moved to the area in 1971. Retiring from the military
in May 1977. He went to work for Civil Service on Fort Hood retiring
there also. He enjoyed the outdoors and took great pleasure in
working his properties and tending his cattle.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Susie, in 2002. He is
survived by his four sons, Mark and wife Kathy, Richard, David and
Allen and wife Connie. He is also survived by three Grandchildren,
Justin, Adam and Alicyn.
The family will receive visitors at Crawford-Bowers between 6-8 pm on
Sunday, June 15th.
