Mr. Black died Friday June 22, 2012 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born November 3. 1939 to the late Alvie and Rosie Black. He was a retired garment factory worker and a preacher for over 32 years, having served several churches in the area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and wood working.

Father-in-law Lee Crum, mother-in-law Ruby Burress, sister-in-law and brother –in-laws Bob and Viola Strickland.
Survived by his wife of 51 years Kay Black of Corinth, MS. Daughters Becky (Wayne) Null of Walnut, MS. Linda Malone (James Russell) of Salisbury, TN.
Sisters Essie White and Mary Ellen Dixon both of Walnut, MS. Grandchildren Kristen and Chelcy Martindale and there father Matthew Martindale, Lee (Tammy Hale) Hamlin, Junior (Tamela) Hamlin, Dustin Null, great grandchildren Wyatt, Cloe, Samantha, Tiffany Hamlin. Host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
