Barbara Kerr

A graveside service for Barbara Kerr, 77, will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Union Baptist Cemetery. Barbara was born in Alcorn County on October 7, 1946 to the late W.R. and Lois Brooks Wooley. She graduated from Eunice High School in Eunice, New Mexico. She worked and retired as the business manager for Liberty Independent School System in Liberty, TX. When she moved back to Corinth she owned and operated Videoplex. She enjoyed reading, gardening and was an avid dog lover.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Eddie Kerr; son, Terry L. Kerr (Sonya); daughter, Bobbie R. Cox (Mark); grandchildren, Ashley Wigginton (Tyler), Amanda Wren (Mark), Cody Kerr (Katie), Cynthia Phillips (Victor), Lauren Case, Abby Case and Austin Case; great-grandchildren, Emma Wallace, Hayden Wren, Caiden Kerr, Carson Kerr and Kellen Kerr; nephews, Bill and Jeremy Wooley and a host of other family and friends.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Kerr; daughter, Jeffann Kerr and her brother, Harold "June" Wooley.

Bro. Raybon Richardson will officiate the service.
