Bill passed away on January 19, 2026 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born in Memphis on January 7, 1952 to the late Marvin and Peggy Wiseman King. He was a graduate of White Station High School. Following his graduation he entered the Marine Corps and served his country in the Vietnam conflict. He worked 40 plus years as a union sheet metal worker before retiring.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna King; sons, William Floyd King, Jr., Matthew King (Angel) and Michael King (Karen); daughter, Tabitha Romo (Felix); sisters, Ann Lackey and Shirley Hopson; aunt, Shirley Smith; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Norma King.
