Brad was a member of Rienzi Baptist Church. He attended school at Rienzi before graduating from Biggersville High School, Class of 1996. His steady determination and grounded character were evident early on, shaping the way he met each season of life with quiet strength and sincerity.
Throughout his working life, Brad earned the regard of others through honest effort and reliability. He worked as a sawmill operator and, most recently, was employed at Billy’s Pawn Shop. In every role, he was known for showing up, doing the work, and treating people with straightforward decency.
Outside of work, Brad found his greatest enjoyment in the simple things like hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. In those moments, his loyalty and warmth were most clearly felt; his presence brought a steady comfort to the people around him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Langston Brooks; brother, Bill Brooks; maternal grandparents, Les and Mae Langston; and paternal grandparents, Henry and Josephine Brooks.
