Charlotte Marie Jones Latch

Funeral services for Charlotte Marie Jones Latch, 79, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at McPeters Funeral Directors with Bro. Rodney Whittemore and Bro. Warren Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Gardens.

Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at McPeters.

Charlotte died February 7, 2021 at Diversicare of Ripley. She was born in Corinth, MS on November 2, 1941 to the late Hubert C. and Anita Crider Jones. She married her husband Terry Marvin Latch, on September 1, 1965. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Terry Marvin Latch, sisters, Christine Roe and Gloria Kriegal, granddaughter Addison Reed and daughter-in-law Lisa Jones.

She is survived by son Chuck Jones of Corinth: daughter Connie Reed (Jimmy) of Corinth: grandchildren, Jimmy Reed, Jr. (Krystal), Micheal Reed, Valerie Davidson, Brittany Smith, Andrew Jones and Levi Jones all of Corinth; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Gene Dunston, Richmond, VA, Beverly Davis (Dan) of Smyrna, TN, Jessie Anna Gray of Corinth MS; a host of nieces and nephews.

Lin & I moved from Corinth First U.M.C. at my retirement in 2006. Charlotte never failed to send us a Christmas card & Easter card each year, May God remember her kindness and grant her fullness of peace and fellowship for which she longed. Rest in Peace
