playing football with honors. Mr. Pittman served in the U.S. Army National Guard and then began his business career in the
state of Texas, Oakridge, TN and Virginia. He served on the Republican National Trust Committee and is presently owner of the Blue Ridge Mining Company
in West Virginia. Mr. Pittman was a member of First Baptist Church.

Hilton C. Pittman, Jr., age 64 died Thursday, May 26, 2011 at University of North Carolina Medical Center in Chapel Hill, N. C.
Services for Mr. Pittman will be Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at six o'clock in the evening at McPeters Funeral Directors Chapel, with Rev. Dennis Smith
officiating. A family visitation will follow the service until eight p. m.. Burial will be Wednesday in the Henry Cemetery.
Mr. Pittman, a native of Corinth was the son of the late Hilton C. Pittman, Sr. and Orbie Camp Pittman. He was a 1964 graduate of Corinth High
School where he was a member of the Corinth Warriors football team. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University where he continued
playing football with honors. Mr. Pittman served in the U.S. Army National Guard and then began his business career in the
state of Texas, Oakridge, TN and Virginia. He served on the Republican National Trust Committee and is presently owner of the Blue Ridge Mining Company
in West Virginia. Mr. Pittman was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Patricia Reed Pittman of Cary, N. C.
A son, Hilton C. Pittman III (Lauren) and A daughter, Jenna Bracone (Roberto) both of Cary, N. C.
A brother, Thomas Michael Pittman, Sr. (Teresa) of Corinth
His nephews, Thomas Michael Pittman, Jr., Tyler Pittman and David Camp Pittman, A niece, Meredith Pittman
and A brother-in-law, Bob Reed (Janet) of Nashville, TN
Mr. Pittman is preceded in death by a brother John David Pittman
Pallbearers: Tommy Irwin, J. B. Darnell, Dave O'Brien, Hull Davis, Steve Rue and Richard Chinn
