Funeral services for Lena Lee Haynes, 79, of Corinth, are set for 3 p.m. today at McPeters Funeral Directors with the Rev. Ted Avant officiating. Burial will follow at City Cemetery.
Mrs. Haynes died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010, in Corinth. She was a good Christian wife and mother who loved her family. She was a talented artist who enjoyed painting and crafts. She was a great cook and loved cooking for her family and friends. She was the bookkeeper for Lamar Advertising, where she retired after more than 40 years of service.. She was an active member of Waldron Street Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel Haynes; her daughter, Daphne Anglin (Perry) of Iuka; her brothers, Billy Berry and Ruben Berry (Frances); her sister, Irene Bailey (Lonnie); and one grandchild, Brian Anglin.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Paid memorials may be made to the Waldron Street Christian Church Building Fund.
