Funeral services for Lula Leona “Onie” Brock, 96, are set for 11:00 a.m. Monday at Gospel Tabernacle Pentecostal Church with Bro. Gary Hodum officiating. Burial will be in the Tippah Shiloh Cemetery.

Mrs. Brock passed away on June 19 at Mississippi Care Center. She was born April 12, 1919 to the late Bob Jack and Nora Frances Swinford. “Onie” was a member of Gospel Tabernacle Church. She enjoyed gardening, working in her yard, and loved to read.

Along with her parents; she is preceded in death by her husband; Shelby Brock, a daughter; Doris Gerlene “Jerrie” Horton, grandson’s Michael and Danny Booe, two brothers and six sisters.

Mrs. Brock is survived by her four children; Kennith (Glynda) Brock of Hobbs, NM, Janette Sutorus of Corinth, Sandra (Dan) Storey of Corinth, and Margaret (Larry) Browder of Hendersonville, TN. Brothers; Fagin Swinford of Arkansas, sister; Nancy Cooley of Glen, and a son-in-law; James Horton of Dimmitt, TX. She also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and a host of great, great-great grandchildren and other family and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Monday all at the Gospel Tabernacle Pentecostal Church.
