Died March 31, 2013 at Darlington Oaks Hospices. He was born May 9, 1927 in Alcorn Co. to the late Ed and Faye Mask. He was former ownerof DX and Standard service stations since 1960. Begin working with Exxon and Taft Little 15 mins after the sale of his station. . He was a member of the East Corinth Baptist Church serving as a deacon and usher for many years. Also served with the Alcorn Emergency Management (Civil defense) for many years.

Survived by his wife of 66 years Ruby Marcele Mask, son Larry Mask his wife Janie, grandchildren Todd and Casey Mask, one great grandchild, two step-grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren.
