Ms. Treece died Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Cornerstone Health and Rehab.
She was a member of Pleasant Hill Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, working in her yard, and loved her dogs. She had worked at several garment factories before retiring from Weavers Pant Factory as a seamstress. After her retirement she was a caregiver.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Treece, Jr.; her parents, Golden and Daisy Clack Cantrell.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda G. Yarbrough; her sister, Irene Ozbirn; her granddaughter, Angela Weeks, her great-granddaughter, Courtney Weeks.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
