Shaun Pruitt

Shaun Pruitt, 50, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at his residence. A memorial service will take place at a later date.

Shaun was born on September 20, 1973 to George and Edith Ann Pruitt in Memphis TN. He grew up in Covington and attended Covington High School before going to work for himself in the auto parts business. He enjoyed collecting rocks and could talk for hours about his collection. He also enjoyed trading, hunting, and fishing. Shaun enjoyed spending time with his friends and family the most.

Shaun was preceded in death by his father, George Pruitt, Sr.; and two sisters, Barbara Patrick and Darlene Woolridge.

Shaun is survived by his mother, Edith Ann Sensabaugh; his children, Tyler Wade, Trey Scott, and Alexus Flynt; his girlfriend, Christie Miles; brothers, Clay Pruitt (Samatha), Ben Pruitt (Leigh Ann), and George Pruitt, Jr.(Christy); sisters, Tammy Umbra (Scotty) and Nora McCommon (Mike); and 8 grandchildren.
