Wanda Katherine Jones Steen

Wanda Katherine Steen, 84, died Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at McNairy County Health Center. She was a life long member and former Sunday school teacher of West Corinth Baptist Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 2:00 pm at McPeters Inc. Funeral Directors Chapel with Bro. Tim Dixon officiating. Burial will follow in Forrest Memorial Park Garden. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Survivors include her spouse, Gilbert Norris Steen of Corinth; two sons, Eddie Steen (Sandra) of Corinth and Rodney Steen (Kathy) of Bethel Springs, Tn.; three grandchildren, Rhonda Lancaster, Joshua Steen (Emily), and Jenness Steen; and three great grandchildren, Lucy Grace Steen, Tyler Lancaster, and Riley Lancaster.

She was preceded in death by her parents Bailey and Lena Silverthorne Jones; and one brother, Edward Jones.

Pallbearers will be Claude Clifton, Russell Winters, Larry Glidewell, and Leon Barnes.
