Funeral Services for Mrs. McKinney will be Monday January 9, 2012, 1:00 P.M. at
McPeters Funeral Directors Chapel. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery, in
Hardin County, Tennessee. Visitation will be Monday 11:00 AM until service time
at 1:00 PM.
Mrs. McKinney is preceded in death by a daughter, Anita Thrasher; three sisters,
Betty Pendly, Geneva Whitaker, Catherine Lamb; two brothers, Noel Pennington and
Carlton Pennington; her parents Homer and Mary Pennington.
Survivors include her husband, Robert H. McKinney, Corinth; her son Jerry McKinney (Sherra) of Michie, TN; a sister, Ann Hood; and a brother, Phil Pennington both of Nashville, TN; a sister-in-law, Viola McKinney of Corinth, MS; three granddaughters’, Amy McKinney, Carrie McKinney, Rebecca McKinney; grandson, Brennan Thrasher; two step grandchildren Samuel Devine and Rachel Devine; one great granddaughter.
