Dear daughter of the late John and the late Jeanette (née Fraser) Wagner. Loving mother of: Crystal Wagner and Harley Wagner (Amber). Cherished grandmother of Emilia Wagner and Hunter Wagner. Treasured sister of Dale Vandenbosch (Gary) and Van Wagner.
She will be dearly missed by her nephews Thomas Vandenbosch and Tyler Givogue (Angele); as well as her great nephew Carter Givogue and her great niece Quinn Givogue.
In keeping with Joy’s wishes cremation has taken place.
Family will be in attendance at Lahaie and Sullivan West Branch 20 Seventh Street W, Cornwall on Wednesday May 28, 2025 between the hours of 1:00PM to 2:00PM prior to a Service of Remembrance that will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the funeral home at 2:00PM.
As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society – specifically Breast Cancer would be appreciated by the family.
