PICKUP, Cécile Thérèse (Deneault)- At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Thursday November 26th, 2020. She was 65. She leaves her loving husband of 40 years, Patrick Pickup. Cherished mother of Christine Pickup (David Walker) and grandmother of Julia Walker and Elliott Walker. Sister of Wildred Jr. Deneault (late Fran), Léo Deneault (Diane) (late Rena), Thérèse McCabe (late Robert), Jeannette Taillon (late Roger), Henri “Joe” Deneault (Rita), Lucienne Peterson (late Wilfred), Jeanne Snider (Maurice), Noel Deneault, Hélène Day (Marlin), Richard Deneault (Geraldine) and Rita Burton (Emile) and sister-in-law of Michael Pickup, Perry Pickup (Kathy Fawthrop) and Marilyn Watkins (Dean). Daughter-in-law of Beverley (Merpaw) Ray (Pickup) and the late Roger Pickup. Predeceased by her parents, Wilfred and Stella (Lalonde) Deneault and her sister-in-law, Maureen Loynachan (Neil). Cécile will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Due to Covid-19 restrictions all services are private and by invitation only. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.
