My Memory of Charlene was working as a volunteer at Hotel Dieu Hospital.  I was so happy that the Lab where she worked in was so happy for our services. My friend and I Katrina Kruders wanted to work in the Hospital one day so we both did this together, Charlene was the most greatest person in the lab, she cared about everyone in her path. I am so sorry for the family,  this is a very sad day.  Our deepest condolences.

I was in total shock to hear this very sad news.  Charlene and I were friends and worked together at the orthopaedic office on York street, many moons ago.  We use to jog every morning before work hours And whoever gained had to pay a dollar for every pound gained, lol.   Less then two years ago we met at the Bestwestern, Charlene was coming down the stairs and she called out my name, I looked back.  It was such a beautiful surprise, we both hugged each other.   I will always remember her smile and kindness.   My condolences to you Ron and your beautiful family.   Charlene is definitely an Angel.   She will be missed.

I just received the news of Char's death. I tapped into her Facebook page to wish her a belated birthday only to discover news of her death. I'm overwhelmed with sadness for you, your family and all of us who were blessed to have her in our lives. She truly was a special human being who shared her many gifts unconditionally. I was crushed, to say the very least, to hear of Charlene's passing.  She played a huge part in molding me into the woman I am today. I was so sorry to hear of Charlene’s passing...she was a joy to know.  She brought energy and happiness to all who knew her.

I was so saddened to hear the passing of Charlene. I went to primary school with ber and we shared a great friendship. She was also my neighbour and we would always play together. We later met in life (25 years  later)  at a bar in Cornwall. She recognized me and I was mesmerized  by her beauty and kindness.  I will always have beautiful memories of her.

I worked with Charlene for many years at CCH.  Always encouraging and positive, Charlene gave others the confidence to put aside self-doubt and just do it, whatever it was.  She was a funny, classy lady with a great smile and a big heart. My condolences to the family. I hope your wonderful memories bring comfort to you all during this difficult time. 

Charlene was the best friend a person could have. She motivated me to do things .. try new things.. have confidence. Yes you can do this!!:)
I started running when I was 53! Charlene   ran a program for after work running. I remember going to see her in CT and telling her there is no way I could run 2 km! She smiled saying yes I could.. I’ll see.. and said not to worry she would be there. And I did!:)Even though I haven’t been seeing her in the past years it doesn’t take away those cherished memories. My deepest condolences to all the family. I know how much you meant to her.

Our angel was a force of nature that will never leave the people who loved her.

I had the pleasure of meeting Charlene on several occasions while working for the Standard-Freeholder. She was always so kind, personable and positive.  A truly up-beat soul! I remember she had such a beautiful singing voice, and she once mentioned to me that she especially loved to sing to her grandchildren. A beautiful person who will be missed by so many. Deepest condolences Ron and their family.
