It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles "Chucky" Collins on December 15, 2025, at the age of 60. Born on March 22, 1965, Chucky was known for his infectious smile, generous spirit, and unwavering love for his family and friends.
Chucky will be deeply missed by his children, Micheal Collins, McKayla “Hunny” Collins, and Barbara "Barbie" Collins. His legacy lives on through his beloved grandchildren: Colin "Little Man", Benjamin, and Brianna. He was a cherished brother to many sisters
and one brother, and his memory will be carried forward by all who loved him.
He was predeceased by his parents, Doris (nee Antoine) and Roy Collins, whose love and guidance shaped the man he became.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch (613-932-8482).
