Claude Cleo Brunet

Peacefully at home, on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, surrounded by his family. Claude Brunet of Cornwall, aged 77 years. Beloved husband and best friend for 57 years to Louise (Rozon) Brunet. Cherished son of Aldéa (Laflèche) Brunet. Loving father of Sylvie Brisson (Guy) and Mario (Carol). Cherished grandfather of Katia (Shawn Dupuis), Dominic, Xavier and Sarah. Loving brother of Roger (May) and Florian (Gail). Predeceased by his father Léo Brunet and sister Aline Racine. Will be lovingly remembered by all his family, his good friend Jacques Délisle, and many other friends.

Resting at Lahaie and Sullivan, Cornwall Funeral Home, West Branch, 20 Seventh Street, West (613-932-8482). The family will be in attendance on Friday November 27, from 2 to 4 P.M. and 7 to 9 P.M., and on Saturday November 28, from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M.

Funeral will follow at 11:00 A.M., in Nativity Co-Cathedral, 300 Montreal Rd, Cornwall.

Décédé paisiblement à la maison, le mercredi 18 novembre 2015, à l’âge de 77 ans, entouré de sa famille.

Il était l’époux bien-aimé, depuis 57 ans, de Louise (née Rozon). Prédécédé par son père, Léo Brunet, et sa sœur, Aline Racine.

Il laisse aussi dans le deuil sa mère : Aldéa (née Laflèche); ses enfants : Sylvie Brisson (Guy) et Mario (Carol); ses petits enfants : Katia (Shawn Dupuis), Dominic, Xavier et Sarah. Il laisse ses deux frères, Roger (May) et Florian (Gail), ainsi que plusieurs belles-sœurs et beaux-frères, neveux et nièces, son bon ami Jacques Délisle et de nombreux autres amis.

Les visites auront lieu à la maison funéraire Lahaie and Sullivan, 20, 7e rue Ouest, Cornwall, Ontario (613-932-8482), le vendredi 27 novembre 2015, de 14h00 à 16h00, et de 19h00 à 21h00, et le samedi 28 novembre 2015, de 9h30 à 10h30. Le service religieux suivra à 11h00 en la co-cathédrale Nativité, 300, chemin Montréal, Cornwall.
