DEAN, Constance “Connie” Rita (Paterson) - Passed away peacefully at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday January 3, 2014 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Dean (1984). Survived by one sister Helen (Conroy) Osler. Many nieces and nephews and friends will mourn her loss. Predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Loretta Paterson, brothers, Ted and Frank, sister Anne Munro. Also survived by sisters-in-law, Marcella and Janet Handel Paterson. Connie was a lifelong resident of Cornwall, except for a few years in Toronto. She was a longtime member of the Cornwall Golf and Country Club and more recently, actively involved in the Cornwall Senior Citizens Centre. In keeping with Connie’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of Connie’s Life will take place in the spring. Rite of Committal, Notre Dame Cemetery. Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice appreciated.
