Donnason Markell

Beloved wife of Linda Markell (née Ferguson). Together they shared 46 wonderful years of marriage, filled with love and devotion.

Son of the late Clair Markell and Grace Thompson. Cherished father of Sheldon Markell. Predeceased by his sons Scott, Greg and Norman Markell. Survived by his brother Darwin Markell. Treasured grandfather of Farrah and Jesse Markell. Loving great-grandfather of Bentley and Ford.

The family extends sincere thanks to the dedicated team at Carefor Hospice Cornwall for their compassionate care and support.

Throughout his life, he found purpose and pride in building homes, hunting in the great outdoors, and working on the land as a dedicated beef farmer.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street, 613-938-1039. In keeping with Donnason’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no services.
