It is with great sadness, we lost a loving and most loved husband, father and grandfather. He passed peacefully, with family at his side, at Cornwall Hospice on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the age of 77.
Cherished husband of Barbara (née Briggs) for over 57 years.
Loving father of Andrea Terry, Michael Terry (Denise) and Julie MacDonald (Robert) and the late Kevin Terry (2002).
Loving grandfather of Josh, Cassie, Autumn and Summer.
Jack was a kind and loving man always willing to lend a helping hand. Although family was his passion, he also loved his job marshalling at Summerheights Golf Links and curling all winter.
A proud member of the Alexandria Curling Club for 23 years and Treasurer for 19 years, his goal was to be treasurer for 20 years. He also spent many years volunteering as a facilitator with the Bereaved Families of Ontario.
Predeceased by his parents Robert and Louise (née Stunt) Terry and his sister Jill Carroll and by his niece Stacey Carroll.
In keeping with Jack’s wishes cremation has taken place.
