It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of June Rose Lascelle (née Lapensee) on Saturday January 18, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre in Cornwall, ON at the age of 78.
Beloved wife of the late Lucien Lascelle. Loving mother of: Michel Lascelle (Louise), Robert Lascelle (Joanne), Denis Lascelle (Elise), Daniel Lascelle (Lori-Ann), Mark Lascelle (Christine), Roger Lascelle (Tanya) and Tanya Renaud (Mathieu). Cherished grandmother of 18; great grandmother of 26 and great great grandmother of 1. Treasured sister of: Gerald Lapensee and Roland Lapensee.
June is predeceased by her parents Donat and Grace (née Rushford) Lapensee; and her siblings: Donat Lapensee, Rene Lapensee, Richard Lapensee, Armand Lapensee, Jeannine Bourdeau, Jean-Paul Henri Lapensee and Gerard Lapensee.
Resting at Lahaie and Sullivan West Branch 20 Seventh Street W, Cornwall, on Monday January 27, 2025 between the hours of 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 7:00PM to 9:00PM.
As well as on Tuesday January 28, 2025 between the hours of 9:00AM to 11:00AM prior to a Funeral Mass that will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11:00AM.
Interment to take place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
