Karen Liboiron

1964 - 2023

With deep sorrow the family of Karen Liboiron announces her passing at the age of 59 years on October 3, 2023. Beloved wife of Julie Cholette, loving Mother to Jamie Flaro (Josh) and Joey Flaro (Jessica). Karen was a proud Grandma to Aiden, Zack, Grayson, Rowan and Kashton; and a loved big Sister to Gail Flaro (Allan) and Lisa Liboiron (Marc). Her father-in-law Jean-Paul Cholette (the late Ghislaine), with brother-in-law Marc Cholette (Dawn) will join many nieces and nephews and great friends who mourn Karen’s passing.

Karen is the cherished daughter of the late Don Liboiron and Jeannette (née Payette) Liboiron. Karen along with her sister Gail carried on their father’s business, Liberty Tax Service for the past 30 years. Karen loved life, loved her family, and expressed joy for life’s experiences. Through 5 years of battling cancer she fought like a champ.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street, across from City Hall, (613) 938-1039. A Celebration of Karen’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made out to Hospice Cornwall.
