WARDEN, Lawrence (Lorne), WWII Veteran – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Monday October 29, 2012. He was 92. Beloved husband of the late Isobel (MacDonell) Warden (September 2, 2011). Dear father of Wendy Poirier (Maurice), Donald Warden (Sharron McPhail), Sharon Warden and David (Mamika) Warden. Sadly missed by 6 grandchildren, Joffrey (Brenda), Aric, Matthew (Sue), Christopher, Amy (Rob), Scott (Mary) and 6 great grandchildren, Clare, Genevieve, Teagan, Lucie, Stromer and Rory. Also survived by one brother, Mack Warden (Ruby). Predeceased by his parents, John and Janet (Clarke) Warden, brothers, James (late Lily), John (late Marie), Cliff (Alice), and sisters, Evelyn McIntosh (late Allan) and Jean McGee (late Oliver). Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall, on Saturday November 10, 2012 from 9am – 11am. A Memorial Service will follow at St. Andrews United Church, Williamstown, Saturday November 10, 2012 at 12 Noon. Committal to follow at St. Andrews United Church Cemetery.
