My deepest condolences to all who knew Lee. An extraordinary man, and one who will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to Lee's family.  I met Lee when he joined the River Institute in 2021.  He cared a lot about people, community, and the environment, and he always made you feel welcome and hopeful when you were around him.  He leaves a legacy of bringing people together, and more importantly, a model of how to be a good person.  He will be missed by a lot of people.  Thinking about him and his family today.

Lee Theodore was a shining star. He was always a bright, wise, sensitive, inquisitive, spiritual, hopeful and happy soul. Blessed to have known him. Rose, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. It's heartbreaking that Lee is gone from this world. Hugs to you. I have a book of Lee's poems and drawings that I would like to send to you. Please contact me.

Fifteen year old Lee, came to our house to swim on a few occasions. We have many happy memories of him. Loved and gone too soon. The McParland family.

I did not get the chance to know Lee in person as well as I would have wished to. I have read his words over the last few years, and had an exchange or two, and he had such a deep wisdom, he always left me with something to think about.
It was clear from the visitation that Lee had a profound effect on people from every walk of life. That is a true testament to the power he had and the love he gave. My condolences to all who are missing him in their lives.

First of all I would like to give my condolences and know that I am praying for Lee and your family. my name is Fardeen, I was a student at CCVS when I first met Lee back in 2023. he was giving a lecture about how we are the future of our community and the differences we can make. I remember that day I had volunteering and was gonna leave a little bit after the lecture started. But when I saw him and his cool suspenders I knew I had to stay. He called for a volunteer to help him with his slide show and I shot my hand up right away. After the lecture I shook his hand and we took a picture. He said if I needed anything I can let him know. Lee kept in contact about various events he was planning and asked me if I would like to be involved, to which I happily agreed. When my nephew was born, he wished my family love which made me so happy. He also helped me get into contact with Nick Seguin, who worked for the humanitarian aid society and I got to be in my first ever ad that played at the Cineplex before every movie. That experience was absolutely incredible and it was all thanks to Lee for choosing me. When I read his obituary in the paper it felt like a punch to my gut. He had done so much for me in the little time I knew him. I wish I could have shaken his hand one more time.  Thank you Lee, and know that your memory lives on in me, and all those that you've helped.

This goes out to his family, his community.  He built community everywhere he went.  A more dynamic and caring man I have never known.  We have lost his body but we will never lose his legacy because we are that legacy.  We know you are sitting at the throne of God and He has said, " well done good and faithful servant."

I met Lee close to 20 years ago in college and we remained friends all these years. I will remember his exceptionally kind heart and his massive hugs. He never shied away from them and we have shared many over the years. We got to reconnect after college via several avenues, volunteer work, and our mutual friends, the Grants. . Loved seeing Lee any chance I got. You will be missed, Br. Lee. Until we meet again. Love you bud.

I have been friends with Lee for quite some time and he is magic in human form.  So community-focused and a lover and supporter of every human he comes in contact with. He was such a bright light in this City that we now carry as a torch in our hearts.  He will be missed by so many but forever cherished and never forgotten. When my partner and I had just moved to Cornwall, we heard you speak and were instantly impressed. Your eloquence, heart, and commitment opened our hearts to the love you shared. We walked away refreshed, happy, and with a deeper understanding of this city. Your representation of Cornwall was so inviting, it made us want to be a part of this wonderful community. You also spoke of love, support, and kindness. We could see you were a patient man with a quick smile, and your warmth filled the room. You are an angel to all of us. Thank you for your teachings. My heartfelt condolences to your family and friends. RIP.

Lee even tho I did not know you for long you were such a gentleman and took time to talk to me when I dropped my grandson off at work.  You were so kind and encouraged him and helped him get over his shyness.  I'll never forget our dance we had at the Knights.  Rest in peace.

We also met Lee, way back when, through the Spicy Pearl. Lee had a special gift to reach out to those that needed to hear his "wisdom on life". Lee your time with us was cut too short, but please know that this world was a better place for you being in it & touching so many souls. Our thoughts & prayers are sent to all whose lives were touched by Lee but above all to his family and beautiful daughter Norah Theodore, his mother Rose-Marie Julien, his brother Ralph Theodore, and his sister Jayla Theodore,. Even though we met just once, and even though, we were just Facebook friends for three years, and even though we didn't get much time together..... Our souls connected. You are a real life hereo in my eyes and I know you're continuing to do great works where you are now, pain free 💜

Listening to you speak at empower2recover opened my eyes and ears to your strength and dedication to the people here on earth.
