KINGSTON, Leonard – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Thursday June 11, 2014. He was 84. Beloved husband of 62 years to Bernadette (Bergeron) Kingston. Dear father of Carter Kingston (Susan), Deborah Kingston, Carol Ann Sage (Stephen), Karen Kingston (Brenda Champagne), Karl Kingston (Suzanne), Rick Kingston, and Pamela Lafave (Nick Purnel). Loving grandfather of 11 and great grandfather of 10. Survived by one sister Luella Brunet. Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Alice (Gauthier) Kingston, one sister Shirley Morin and one brother, Roy Kingston. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Friday from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm and on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am. Funeral Mass Saturday June 14, 2014 at St Columban’s Catholic Church at 11:00am followed by cremation. Rite of Committal, St. Columban’s Cemetery, at a later date. Memorial Donations to the charity of choice appreciated.
