Lorraine is fondly remembered by nephews, nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, in-laws and many friends who were family.
Lorraine has lived her entire life in Cornwall, Ontario and grew up by the shores of the St Lawrence River. She was an active member of the local Catholic Women's League for over 25 years.
She will be remembered for her benevolent, kind, creative and loving nature. Her spirit lives on in her art and poetry. She was deeply moved by life's simple beauty-- snowflakes, blossoms and seashells were particular favourites.
You could find Lorraine enjoying her garden from her veranda rocking chair (usually with a cat on her lap). She was an excellent cook and adored hosting. You always felt welcome around Lorraine's well dressed table. She had a way of making every occasion special.
She was also an avid euchre player and will be remembered for the smiles and laughter each game brought. Her joie de vivre was unmatched.
