SAUVE, Mamie Gertrude – At Hospice Cornwall on Wednesday March 2, 2016. She was 79. Dear mother of Roger Jr. Brunet (Darlene), Mike Brunet (Irene), Debbie Taillon (Ted), Donna Watson (Bill), Tammy Brunet (John), Mark Brunet (Lise), Timmy Brunet (Shelley), Kim Mitchell (Dave), Jeff Brunet (Sandra) and Shannon Pawlett (John), and their father Roger. Sadly missed by 17 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Harry Sauve (Loraine), Ronnie Sauve (Jeanette), Darlene Tessier (late Roger), Joyce Clermont (Maurice) and Shirley Sauve. Mamie will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews and her Good Friends, Sue & Doris. Predeceased by her parents Jimmy and Hazel (Lalonde) Sauve, her grandson, John Jr., and great-granddaughter, Amber, 4 brothers, Joe Sauve (Pat), Alfie Sauve (Myrna), George Sauve (Brenda), Lawrence Sauve, and 4 sisters, Myrtle Pilgrim (late Vince), Dorna Ferguson (late Jack), Paulette Ritchie (late Sonny) and Margaret Sauve. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Rite of Commital to follow at Notre Dame Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
