MEEK, Margaret (Blair) – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Wednesday February 8, 2017. She was 98. Margaret is predeceased by her loving husband John Meek and her children, Donna and Rodger (Nadia). Cherished Nanny of Katie Vachon (Eric) and Ryan Meek (Patty). Sadly missed by 4 grandchildren, Ethan, Navaeh, Hayden and Jackson. Survived by 3 sisters, Helen Cameron, Doris Riel and Alma Godard. Also survived by her special niece Brenda Jeeves (Colin) and many other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, James and Mary (McLennan) Blair, brothers, John, Roderick and Eddie Blair and sister Freda Scott. Friends will be received at the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Wednesday from 9:30am – 10:45am. Funeral Service Wednesday February 15, 2017 in the chapel of the funeral home at 11am. Committal, Memorial Hill Cemetery, Newington, ON in the spring. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
