Myrna LeBlanc

She is survived by her devoted husband, Yves; her sister Judy Worthington; children, Elaine Swerdfeger (Ron), Sandra Wert, Hilton Cryderman (Tammy), Eric Cryderman (Kathy) and stepdaughter, Joanne Whitehouse (Brian); grandchildren David, Daniel, Chelsey, Christine, Nicholas, Anthony, Robert, Jennifer, Matthew, Brandon, and Bradly; great grandchildren Gavin, Violet, Owen, Wyatt, Julian, Mackenzie, Bryce, Charley, Sterling, and Persephone. Pre-deceased by sister, Miriam and children, Wayne, Gary, and Karen.

Born Myrna Faye Hollister, on August 16, 1936, in Osnabruck Township, Stormont County, Ontario to parents Hilton Grant Hollister and Wilda Marguerite Swerdfeger. Her life covered many eras, including the 1930's depression, post-World War II boom, Elvis Presley, the 1960's hippies' movement. She even went to a one-room schoolhouse and walked through the sleet and snow uphill both ways!

In 1970, Myrna went back to school to take the Registered Nursing Assistant course and after graduation, she worked at the Cornwall General Hospital. After retiring, she and Yves travelled extensively (over 50 cruises to almost everywhere). For the last few years, they have spent the winters in St. Pete's Beach in Florida. She loved to walk on the beach and watch the sunsets from the balcony while sipping her red wine.

As per Myrna's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral.
