Dear father of Ann Benoit (Larry) of Cornwall. Proud Grand-father of Angela Benoit-O’Byrne (Larry) and Sarah Benoit. Cherished great grand-father of Arlo and Fergus. Survived by his sister Margaret Bell. Predeceased by brothers Frederic Bell Jr. and John Bell and by sisters Ruby Bell and Violet Barrett. Son of the late Frederick Charles Bell and the late Anne Rider. Reginald Bell participated in World War II as a paratrooper and was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 297 for over 50 years. Cremation.
