Chester Eldon Morphis, age 84, passed away on December 6th of 2016 after spending years tirelessly battling trials of illness with his beloved family at his side through thick and thin. He was born in Hale, Colorado as the sixth of eight children to parents Chester and Anna Morphis. In his 31 years of service at UPS, Chet took great pride in his work ethic and commitment to excellence through rain, sleet and hail. Ada, his wife of 63 years, suffers his passing with a heavy heart, looking sweetly to the day when she and Chester will be reunited forevermore. He will be remembered for his loving generosity as a husband, father, grandpa, patriot, storyteller. He is survived by his daughter Sharon Hall and her husband Mike, his son Eldon Morphis and his wife Judy, his grandson Brian Hall and his wife Daniele, his granddaughter Amie, his grandsons Joshua and Jacob, and his great-grandsons Corbin, Jace, and the newest, Owen. His family is comforted, knowing for certain that Chester is a man surely destined for Eternity at the right hand of his Lord.
