Frank "Francis" Betourne was a native to California. He was born March 18, 1955, in San Mateo, California and passed away November 25, 2023 in Newport Beach, California at age 68 lovingly surrounded by family. Frank was preceded in death by his parents Francis “Tony” Betourne and Roberta Krusi. Frank was a loving and proud father and is survived by his only daughter Bree Betourne. He was a beloved Brother, Uncle and Friend.
Frank worked in Real Estate for over 30 years and he lived life to the fullest. He was a treasured friend to many people, an expert in positivity and had the world's most beautiful heart and soul. When Frank entered his smile would brighten up the room. He will be forever missed by all. There will be A Celebration of Life for Frank in early 2024.
