Marianne was born to parents, Gordon and Esther Davis on May 23, 1945 in Spokane, Washington and raised two beautiful children, Michael and Kim, in Eugene, Oregon before moving to Huntington Beach, California, where she had resided for 30 years. She met the love of her life, Art, and joined their families together on February 3, 2001.
Marianne was preceded in death by both her two children, Michael Jay Vennekolt and Kimberly Sue Vennekolt Bull, and stepson, Arthur “Grant” Kidman, Jr.

Marianne was a very special person. She enjoyed gardening, reading, her grandchildren, and long conversations with her sister, Rosie. Marianne had impeccable taste and loved decorating her home and enjoyed shopping with her sisters, Marilyn and Rosie, and friends. She was the ultimate curator–her home, her attire, her garden and most importantly, her family–were all very important to her. Marianne was an inspiration to all around her and will be dearly missed.
