

Wanda pursued a career in dentistry, dedicating herself to the field with passion and skill. Beyond her professional life, she was a free spirit who brought joy and vitality to those around her. Her family fondly remembers her as the heartbeat of their lives—a source of love and inspiration who will be deeply missed.
An avid lover of Hawaiian culture and music, Wanda found immense joy in embracing the beauty and traditions of the islands. Her enthusiasm for this vibrant culture was infectious and brought warmth to all who shared in her interests. Wanda was also an active and cherished member of Glory Dey Lutheran Church, where she formed meaningful connections and contributed to her community with faith and devotion.
Wanda is survived by her daughter Linda; granddaughters Coreen, Micael and Kelly; and great-grandchildren Taylor, Max, Lily, and Faith. Her legacy lives on through them and the countless memories they hold dear.
May Wanda Arlene Mitchell-Vance’s memory bring comfort to all who knew her. She will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched with her kindness, spirit, and love for life. A Memorial Service will be held on April 28, 2026, at 02:00 PM at pacific view memorial park 3500 Pacific View Drive. We will also be honoring Bruce Alan Mitchell at the services.
Services will be held 2:00pm at Pacific View Memorial Park & Mortuary located at 3500 Pacific View Drive, Corona Del Mar, California 92625. Officiating will be done by close family friend Dawn Crookston.
