Adela F. Gonzalez passed away on August 15, 2017 at the age of 88. She was born on January 30, 1929 to the late Faustino and Margarita Flores. She was the last of her siblings. Adela was a devoted member of Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church for over 60 years. She was a proud mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fabian C. Gonzalez Sr.; grandson, Jose Thomas “JT” Gonzalez Jr. Adela is survived by her loving children, Maria E. Lopez (Juan), Fabian Gonzalez Jr., Arnulfo Gonzalez (Dora), Margie G. Guardiola, Blanca Gonzalez, Yolanda Rodgers, Juan F. Gonzalez, Julian Gonzalez (Mia), Tomas Gonzalez (Mary Lou), Lupita Lemos (Oscar), Adelita Ybarra (Richard), Reymundo Gonzalez (Celia), Maria Isabel Gonzalez, Lorraine Perez; beloved pet companion, chocolate; 49 grandchildren; 90 great grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
