Adelfa C Hinojosa

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Louis L. Hinojosa; her parents, Jose and Maria Cisneros; brothers, Martin Cisneros, Jose Cisneros, Jr., Avel Cisneros, Charlie Cisneros and sister, Lupe Cisneros.

Adelfa is survived by her daughter, Mary Nossek and husband, Carl Nossek, Sr.; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary and Carl would like to thank Angel Bright Hospice staff and nurses, especially Angie Cadondon, Texas Home Health and Nurse Marcie, Dr. Jonathan Martin, Dr. Judith Piner and the staff at the Kindred Hospital for the care and support they provided for their mother; and Orbilia Lopez, her devoted longtime caregiver and loving friend.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 pm till 9:00 pm on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that evening. Rites of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Monday, September 26, 2011 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
