Arnold Roland Gonzalez Sr.

Arnold Gonzalez Sr., 70, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on November 13, 2025. He was born on January 13, 1955, in Corpus Christi, where he proudly graduated from W.B. Ray High School. On September 15, 1973, he married the love of his life, Juanita Gonzalez, and together they built a beautiful life centered around family.

Arnold worked in public transportation, driving for the B-Line buses, where he was known for his steady presence and friendly personality. Outside of work, he enjoyed the simple joys of life; fishing, playing basketball, riding his bike, and a good game of poker with friends. He especially loved sitting in the front yard with a cold drink, sharing laughter and stories with family and friends. Some of his happiest moments were spent on fishing trips with his children and grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Genoveva Gonzalez.

Arnold is survived by his devoted wife, Juanita Gonzales; his children, Arnold Gonzalez Jr., Sandra Grace Gonzalez, and Nicole Marie Gonzalez; and his grandchildren, David Santos, Cassie Santos, Amaya Mundell, Konner Mundell, Adam Mundell, Vivian Mundell, Kendal Mundell, Aaron Mundell, Arnold Gonzalez III, Liberty Gonzalez, and Paula Gonzalez. He is also survived by his siblings, Beatrice Martin, Norma Hasette, Ronald Gonzalez, and Dennis Gonzalez.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all relatives, friends, nurses, and hospice staff for their kindness, support, and care during this time.
