

Charles “Charlie” Donald Streeper, age 78, of Bulverde, Texas, passed away on January 3, 2025. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on September 8, 1946, to parents Charles Francis Streeper and Gladys Woodard Hall.
Charlie graduated from Haverford High School. He went on to graduate from Del Mar College in the year 1981, where he received his Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. Charlie married the love of his life, Deborah Ann Smith, on October 23, 1971, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Charlie worked as a Telecommunications Technician for 33 years for Kinder Morgan until his eventual retirement in October of 2014.
Charlie had many passions in life, but his greatest passions involved playing sports with his dear wife, Deb. He loved playing golf, softball, and football, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles play. Along with playing numerous sports, he was known for cooking amazing cheesecakes. Above all, Charlie loved spending time with his cherished wife. Deb will lovingly reminisce on their long talks, travels together, and Charlie giving advice, but only when asked.
Charlie is reunited with his parents, Charles Francis Streeper and Gladys Woodard Streeper; and his sister, Lynn Margaret Streeper.
Charlie leaves his legacy and memories to his beloved wife and best friend of 53 years, Deborah Ann Streeper; their daughters, Jennifer (Matt) Capo and Autumn Olszak; grandchild, Charles “Charlie” Capo; and sister, Patricia (Peter) Marone.

Visitation will be held at 1:30 PM, on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, where a Funeral Celebration will begin at 2:00 PM that same afternoon. Entombment with Final Military Honors will follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum. A Reception Gathering will follow at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Lounge.
