Danny Lee Parks

He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on December 6, 1949.

Danny graduated from Mary Carroll High School and received his Associates Degree in Applied Science from Del Mar College.

He was married to Marilyn Kaye Smith on July 11, 2008.

Danny worked as an Aircraft Electrician for CCAD where he retired in 2010. He was a member of Church Unlimited and had a passion for fishing.

Danny is preceded in death by his father Ross Parks and his mother Joy Parks.

He is survived by his wife Kaye Smith and daughter Dani Leigh Kinman (Brandon) and granddaughter Layla Faye Kinman.

Children by marriage: John Michael Mays of Trona, California and Janet Cathleen Mays of Littleton, Colorado; grandson by marriage William Christopher Mays of Trona, California; one brother David Parks (Shelley) of Goliad, Texas and one nephew Everett Parks (Reagan) of New Braunfels, Texas.

A special Thank You to Angel Bright Hospice for their loving care of Danny during the past seven months, especially to his immediate caregivers Esmeralda, Erika, Aquiles, and all the kind, loving staff.

Funeral graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, 9974 I-37, Corpus Christi, TX 78410.
