Diana graduated from Indianola High School and attended MS Delta Community College. She had a career in the cotton industry as an office manager for Petronila Co-Op Gin. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Robstown, Texas and had a passion for gardening and playing piano.
Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Richard James Milligan. She is survived by her sons, Richard Earl Milligan and Robert Sean Milligan; sister, Jennie Kay Neil and a nephew, Scott Neil.
Funeral Service will held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will be private.
