Dora enjoyed listening to music, dancing, arts & crafts, jewelry, cross stitch, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She also enjoyed going to the YWCA. Dora was always very energetic and full of joy. She retired from CCISD after 36 ½ years of service as a cafeteria manager.
She leaves behind her husband of 55 years, Inocencio “Ted” C. Terrazas; daughters, Sandra (David) Moya and Norma (Edgar) Sanchez; son, Johnny Terrazas; sister, Cynthia (Oscar) Garcia; brother, Javier (Mary Lou) Perez; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
