Doris graduated from Solomon Coles and received an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Delmar College. She had a career in nursing at Corpus Christi Medical Center where she retired after 40 years. She was a member of the Lions Club and had a passion for family, traveling and shopping.
She married the love of her life, Alfred Bradley on February 14.
Family she leaves behind to cherish her memories are her children: Shanelle (Joe), Jerel (Oralia), Chandra (Gerald), Gregory, Alfred Jr, Donda and Nikita; her grand-children, Britteny, Marcus Jr, Brea, Jerel Jr, Joshua, Jaylon, Jeremiah, Andrea and Elisa; her loving great-grandchildren, Audrey Kay, Loretta, Travern and Don; a special niece/daughter, Dedrick and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 6, at 10:00 am at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 1605 Comanche St. with Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
