Frances worked over thirty years as a Carhop at Snapkas in Robstown Texas. She also worked as a Country and Western Singer, Songwriter and Performer.
She is preceded in death by her parents William Frank Brown and Jimmie Ethel Gossett Brown; brothers, Weldon, Clifford, Calvin and Billy Brown.
Frances is survived by her children: Jerry Don Tanner (Julie,) James W. Herrington (Brenda,) Rhonda K. Tuggle (Clint,) Pamela S. Jenner (TJ) and Patricia Clyde. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory; 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; sisters Ruby L. Nesloney and Doris J. Perkins (Buddy); her best friend, Delma Brown Spruell; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Viewing will take place 9:00 am on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Annaville Baptist Church with Services at 10:00 am, and then interment, 1:00 pm, at Robstown Memorial Park.
