Frank was a loving father and grandfather; he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Ascension Rincon and paternal grandmother, Ruperta Moreno.
Frank is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Andres Moreno; his children, Frank Jr. (Jeremy) Moreno, Kimberly (Fernando) Moreno, Brandon Valdez; grandson, Israel Rios, Jr.; his sisters, Yolanda Gutierrez, Alma (JR.) Ledesma, Sandy Jimenez, Bertha (Johnny) Moreno, Janie (Guadalupe) Padron and Eva (Cruz) Morin; 11 nephews and 8 nieces.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel -549 Cheyenne St. on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
Funeral service will be at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with a burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
