Garland T Adams

Garland “T” Adams, 77, passed away on October 27, 2011. He was born on August 23, 1934 in Luling, Texas to Ernest Knox Adams and Ruth West Adams. He was co-owner of Accord Insurance Agency. He was a mason and was raised to a Master Mason in 1967 in Robstown, Worshipful Master in 1973 in Robstown, Worshipful Master in 1998 from Oso Naval Lodge, Master of Oso Naval Lodge #1282 AF & AM, a York Rite Mason, Scottish Rite, Red Cross of Constantine, 32nd Degree Mason and numerous other masonic honors.

Surviving him is his wife of forty years, Bette Adams; children, Bobbi Adams, Vikki (Bryan) Adams, Karl Urban, Scottie (Jack) Akin; grandchildren, Ashley Tamburine , Zane Urban, Dalton Patrick; two brothers, E.K. (Bobbye) Adams, Bill Adams and numerous other family, friends, and beloved pet, Mocha.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Cage-Mill Funeral Directors, 4901 Everhart Road. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 31, 2011 at First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m., Monday at Sandia Cemetery, Sandia, Texas.
